1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website www.re8digesters.com.au, requesting information, submitting an enquiry, or entering into any agreement for our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Our Services

We supply, install, and support aerobic food waste digesters for commercial kitchens, hotels, restaurants, clubs, and other F&B facilities. Machine models include:

• Croc (7 kg/hr)
• Hippo (11 kg/hr)
• Elephant (23 kg/hr)
• Mammoth (45 kg/hr)

Services may also include access to our online performance monitoring portal for real-time digester data and alerts.

3. Free Trial Offer (Up to 6 Months)

We may, at our sole and complete discretion, offer an up to 6-month free trial of a digester machine.

Key Conditions

• The free trial is available only once per venue and per principal person / decision-maker.
• Allocation of any machine for the trial, including the specific model and duration, is entirely at the discretion of Re8 Digesters Pty Ltd.
• We reserve the right to bring the trial to an end prior to the six-month mark at our complete discretion.
• We may make permanent enhancements to the venue (such as plumbing, electrical, or structural modifications) to facilitate safe and effective installation of the digester for the trial. The venue will get to enjoy the benefit of these enhancements long after the trial period. Re8 Digesters will not require any payment for these enhancements — either upfront, during, or after the trial.
• At the end of the trial, these enhancements will remain the property of the venue, and Re8 Digesters will not be liable for removing, renovating, or restoring the venue to its prior condition.

Venue Responsibilities

All sewerage, electricity, internet, power maintenance, repairs, enhancements, or servicing (including grease trap pump-outs) remain the sole financial and execution responsibility of the venue. This applies before, during, and after the trial, and during any ongoing operation of a digester at the site. Re8 Digesters accepts no liability or responsibility for these matters.

4. Online Monitoring Portal

Access to the portal is provided during the trial and any paid service. You must keep login credentials secure and use the portal only for legitimate monitoring of your digester(s).

5. Pricing and Payment

• After the free trial period, standard monthly subscription fees apply.
• All prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date.
• Late payments incur a penalty of $28 per day for each day overdue.
• Any legal pursuit or debt recovery action will be at the cost of the venue.

6. Use and Maintenance of the Machine

You must follow our instructions for use, basic maintenance, and operation of the machine at all times. Any deviation from recommended use, or introduction of unauthorised food or organic materials that causes damage, shall be at your cost to rectify (including repair or replacement of the machine).

7. Installation and Site Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring the site meets minimum requirements. We may make permanent site modifications where needed for safe installation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, product designs, manuals, and the monitoring portal are owned by or licensed to Re8 Digesters Pty Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or distribute without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the value of services supplied in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive losses.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
